Our Process & Technology
Our aim is to provide first-class metal products and printing in a short timeframe and at a competitive price. Our standardised production process means every new enquiry is given the same quality attention and pricing is kept to a minimum.
- Standard Service is 10 working days from approval of artwork proof or date of re-order confirmation.
- Urgent Service is 2-3 working days from approval of proof or date of re-order confirmation. A 30% surcharge applies to urgent services.
When a client approaches us with a product enquiry we discuss details such as; size, colour, quantity, finishing etc. We understand that many clients aren’t sure what is available or what is best for their application – we take time to explain the options and walk you through the decisionmaking process.
A no obligation free quote will be prepared for you. Pricing proposals are usually able to be supplied within 48 hours of the initial enquiry.
Once you have accepted our pricing proposal, we will prepare and supply you with a proof graphic for your final acceptance. That means you will know exactly what your finished product is going to look like.
As soon as you give your final approval, we begin manufacture. Finished products are usually supplied within 10 working days on our standard service. We do have a priority service (2-3 working days) available if required – an urgent surcharge applies.
Laser Cutting & Marking
Sub-Surface Imaging Technology – MetalPhoto
Metal photos durability comes from its image which is sealed inside the pores of the anodised aluminium. Its unique process exposes the aluminium using laser diodes, creating ultra-high resolution graphics and variable information.
Sub-Surface Printing Technology – AliChroma
Digital aluminium printing is becoming increasingly popular. Colour images can be printed into aluminium using a highly modified digital flatbed printer and our open pore anodised aluminium. In combination with specialised inks, and a vacuum heated bed, our tried and tested AliChroma printer was developed to achieve colour images sealed into the pores of the aluminium.
Original Heidelberg Press
